Watch the recording <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9rezQw-WZ8g\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>On October 9, 2025, I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ourcommons.ca\/DocumentViewer\/en\/45-1\/CIMM\/meeting-7\/notice\">appeared<\/a> before the House of Commons\u2019 Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration to provide expert witness testimony for its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ourcommons.ca\/committees\/en\/CIMM\/StudyActivity?studyActivityId=13120140\">International Student Program and Study Permits<\/a> study.
