Programs We Offer

Personal Training
Certified Personal Trainers – can help you with cardiovascular training, strength training, flexibility training and overall fitness improvements.

Private Sessions- To work with you one on one to achieve your personalgoals. May the be to lose a few pound, increase strength or a more sport specific demands we are here to take your fitness to the next level.

Small Groups (5 people or less)- Bring some friends and have a more individualized workout with the fun of spending time with friends or family. 

              

Classes
– Yoga Classes: Flow, Power, Hatha and Gentle Stretch
– Pilates Classes – Explore the pilates Mat and pilates Towel exercises to receive a full body workout
– Boot Camp- Increase strength and challenge cardio, this class will get you moving
– Spin Class – cycling exercise that mimics hills, flats and normal road rides. It’s an aerobic workout that is fun, but will make you sweat.
– Ab circuit – Abs, lower back and obliques are targeted to fully blast your core
– Step Classes – work your legs and glutes while listening to fun, pump up music
– Healthy Heart- With the prevention of heart disease in mind, it is a light workout great for anyone
– Cardio Circuit- Interval training using a variety of different equipment from balls, bosus, matts, and skipping ropes
