How To Bring Value By Saying “No”

This is a blog to leave a comment for a fantastic small business blog which was posted by Janet Spirer,even it has been half year passed from the update,the truth and principle included in are very useful to every enterprise.

He shared a story and told us that even we  feel uncomfortable to say “no”but saying “no” is the most direct way to avoiding creating trouble for many times.Especially in business discussion and decision making.

The word “value” here is not only means the physical profit and revenue,but also means some psychological value orientation and possible potential development of a company.As for treating customers, ometimes not giving into a their demands or accepting their point of view can reflect that you’re interested in what’s best for them.

Saying “no” is difficult for salespeople  when they feel embarrassed to refuse some customers’ unreasonable requirements.In the writer’s view,it can form the basis of better business relationships – leading to better solutions for you and for the customer if the salespeople learn to say “no”

In my opinion,learning to refuse also brings benefits and also physical profit.It make the business activity more  flexible for enterprise

Unique Black Friday Of Wal-Mart

As the popularizing rate of social media becoming higher and higher,online shopping becomes more and more satisfying the demand of customers. Retrospect these recent years’ Black Friday , only scene making a breakthrough is the crowded throng. To change the traditional Black FridayShopping pattern, promoting the profit and attract customers, WAL-MART actually provides a smooth and easy shopping experience for customers as Christy said.

In my opinion, unique and special marketing model are likely to bring an obvious advantage in the competitive market. In fact, some other enterprises are imitating WAL-MART to redeem their customers to earn profit. Maybe in further days we are possible to go shopping online and avoid the customers fighting over Black Friday.

I really go along with the point which posted by Christy,Wal-Mart online strategy is likely to improve customer relationship as it maximizes shoppers’ happiness with an upgrade to a better purchasing experience. The close relationship between customers and companies  is conducive to companies to get useful and real critical feedback to improve their service which benefits both clients and sellers.For the further forecast,it’s maybe a perfect channel to develop potential customers.

Real Estate Marketing Between Vancouver And Toronto

Recently,Vancouver’s market for single-family detached houses is getting so pricey that even Toronto seems like a bargain.

The gap between the two biggest real estate markets in Canada is becoming deeper and deeper,the price of a detached home in Vancouver averaged $2.2-million, compared with $1.05-million in Toronto.examples are not only existing above but also different areas in the two cities.

In my opinion, the high purchasing ability of Chinese citizens in Vancouver is one of the most important reasons.Some observers say buyers from China have been the major force behind escalating prices for detached properties on Vancouver’s west sides.

On the other hand,the climate and natural environment causes are influencing a lot,like most of citizens perfer the warm and sunny climate in Vancouver than the weather in Toronto which we called livable.

In September, prices for detached houses sold in the 416 area code averaged $1.05-million, up 10.7 per cent over the past year. The figures are lower when factoring both the city and suburbs, with the Greater Toronto Area’s detached houses selling for an average of $819,853 in September, up 11.2 per cent .

Hope in further days,the housing price and demand will be more in equilibrium condition in different cities in Canada.

China And Luxury

Recent days I read a large amount of news about the high purchasing ability of Chinese people.They travel all over the world,purchasing luxuries and even become a kind of new industry.

As the news in The Global And Mail showed,despite economic turmoil,Chinese still top buyers of luxury goods.After the financial crisis in 2008,the economy in China developed in a high speed and more and more opportunities come out for citizens to earn money.The strong purchasing ability is one of the symbols of the development of the economy,but all the facts are hiding below the surface which means the existing question in China called unfair allocation brings many negative effects.

Luxuries are not the necessities but many wealthy Chinese people regard them as necessities to satisfy their vanity.Secondly,many universities students even start to earn money by joining a kind of marketing model called micro business.They usually offer the service about helping buyers who are in China to buy luxuries overseas.

In my opinion,it’s not a good phenomenon for not only Chinese people but also for the business all over the world.We are likely to publish some method to solve this problem
