I’m Francisco. I’m currently a third year student at UBC studying Latin American Studies and Economics. Having grown up in Latin America, I found it’s politics, economics, and culture fascinating so I decided to take on the task of trying to understand why and how everything came to be, where things are, and where things might be going.<\/p>\n

I’m taking this course (other that it being a requirement to complete my major) to broaden my understanding of the basic building blocks that make Latin America unique.<\/p>\n
