Note a \u201cWeek\u201d represents\u00a0<i>approximately<\/i>\u00a0a week&#8217;s worth of lecture time, not necessarily a calendar week. The section numbers refer to the textbook <a href=\"http:\/\/www.math.ubc.ca\/~costanza\/m110\/Contemporary-Calculus-Chapters0to3.pdf\">Contemporary Calculus<\/a>.
