Greetings all,

Our assignment was to create a evaluation rubric based on the needs of the students in the UBC undergraduate medical program.  Specifically, these students would be in remote locations have have to video and then post a variety of procedures for evaluation.  They then needed the ability to view and annotate these videos.  Attached below is our group’s precis and rubric.
