Anastasia Parutina has been practicing meditation and yoga for more than 3 years. She has tried various types of meditation, completed meditation teacher training, and integrated traditional techniques in practice that would allow to progress in mindfulness and at the same time let hearts open towards love that is within.

Anastasia believes that meditation helps people to regain inner peace and to become more connected to themselves and to the world. She incorporates these core views into her daily practice and looks forward to sharing them with you.
