She first began exploring mindfulness to manage exam stress and used guided meditation tracks to help with falling asleep when she was 18 years old. He is adept in various types of mindfulness and meditation practices such as breathing, progressive relaxation, chanting, chakra and five sheath meditation. He also conducts wellness sessions at workplaces.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prashanth believes that a healthy soul recides in a healthy body and give prominence to overall wellbeing. Being an Engineer himself having working experience in leading roles in corporate companies, he believes in the all-round development covering all facets of human endeavours.<\/p>\n<p>His teaching methodology involves developing gradual awareness about our inner self and expanding the consciousness level of our minds. He believes aim of Yoga or meditation is to bring the normally unknown layers of mind to conscious perception. Similar to all external journey that requires a vehicle, the journey into inner space also requires a vehicle and this vehicle is meditation.<\/p>\n<p>Prashanth strongly affirms that this doesn&#8217;t\u00a0 lead to abondonment of the external world. On the contrary, it leads to even more growth, enjoyment and accomplishment in day to day activities.
