New competitor <a title=\"Forever 21 Store Site\" href=\"http:\/\/www.forever21.com\/Default.asp?cookie_test=1\">Forever 21<\/a> has mastered the art of the supply chain. This is done by:<\/p>\n<p>1. Supplier preference:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suppliers close to the market\u00a0are used for products produced in the middle of a season, meaning trendy items.
