Halloween is the next big party around the corner. There are different kinds of Halloween activities in Vancouver. The end of October means that the winter is coming.

Halloween is a yearly festival dedicated to remember the dead including martyrs, hallows and all the faithful departed believers. People intend to custom in various supernatural roles to threaten the bad things.

Trick-or-treating is a customary game for children on Halloween. Groups of children go to each house asking for treats such as candy, dessert and some gifts, with the question, “Trick or treat?” I haven’t seen any children knock my door ever within three years in Vancouver. Recently I moved to a house, it would be the first time for me to prepare some candy and dessert to neighbors’ children.

I believe this celebration will attract lots of candy and chocolate producers’ attention. It will be another ‘candy’ selling festival. Most of candy store will make some promotions before Halloween. And there are tons of beautiful package box displayed behind the show window. Halloween is one of the best candies selling celebration in South American.

To win the candy war during the high demand season, the competition among candy stores is rivalry high. Everyone try his best to win this war. I saw lots of advertisement and promotion in terms of Halloween festival from email, Facebook, Twitter and official website. Sellers take the opportunities to sale products and appeal customers buy their products. Obviously, candy and costume are the best sellers in Halloween.
