After I finished my mini assignment of content calendar for a coffee shop called MyCup Coffee and Tea, I realize it is really functional and structural.

Putting out fresh, proper content is more than a good idea for firms, nowadays; it is an essential step to achieve business success. With a relevant content, you can increase online presence, engage prospect, boost search result from website and build brand image. For this mini assignment, we are working on MyCup coffee and tea. Initially, MyCup website contained less content even some wrong information displaying. It is in the really beginning stage. After analyzed the situation with my group, we need to create lots of content into all MyCup’s social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and official website.

I have created different types of information into my content calendar, and then one of my group members help me schedule and post the content at the right day. When I viewed the postings, few web users click “like” and comment on our postings. Since MyCup did very few on social media part, its customers cannot combine the experience between online and offline. Some royal offline customers don’t participate in social media platform. It is a huge challenge for us. Even we have a great and proper content, in terms of lack of online awareness, the online customers and offline customers still cannot connect together. We try to hold some promotion to encourage store customers to follow MyCup Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

I like the website with sort of options, images, nice outlet, which I can easily find the information I needed. To be honest, the nice outlet can attract my attention at the first sight. Then I would see the pictures, watch the video and see the context.
