I am working to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographical Sciences. I have always held a fascination with science and with how the world works, but after beginning my university career I found myself particularly curious about the way the physical ground beneath us is shaped and changing. I chose my program to begin to answer some of the questions I have about the nature of the landscapes we live on, but I also view my program as one that is constantly evolving and changing which I find exciting. Furthermore, with climate change becoming a more urgent and prevalent issue now more than ever, I believe my studies can help push progress towards reducing the negative impacts of climate change.
