As part of an ongoing project with the Wood Design Chair at UBC, of which I am a Associate Faculty Chair, and supported by Canada Wood, I am developing a series of Intensive Design Build Studios to re-introduce the top architecture schools in China to the contemporary design of wood with advanced digital and fabrication processes. The Centre of Advanced Wood Processing will be collaborating to help run this year’s studio.
