This can be treated as an internal document (FS\/MFRE) unless the Site Supervisor would benefit from it too.<\/li>\n<li>*If the excel file does not download, please email Janelle for a copy (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn&#8217;t).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communicating with Students:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please <strong>use email<\/strong> (not Canvas) to communicate and share documents with Students, Site Supervisors and MFRE Program this summer. Please use Students&#8217; UBC email address to comply with UBC FIPPA policy.<\/li>\n<li>Faculty Supervisors will not have access to Canvas because it&#8217;s not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;re Invited &#8211; Mid-Stream Assessments (June 9 and 10, 2026):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faculty Supervisors are invited to attend their Student&#8217;s mid-stream assessments on Zoom (10-15 mins per student).
