Digital Literacy and Digital Citizenship

As I continue to work with teachers it has come clear to me that teachers still struggle with terms Digital Literacies and Digital Citizenship and how to discriminate between the both. The above resource has been created to support teachers development understanding of digital literacies in connections with Alberta Education Program of Studies and the RVS 21st Century Competencies and the Alberta Education Technology and Policy Framework.

More specifically, I worked on using the RVS competencies as a guide to link possible strategies and resources to support their learning design needs.

This is still a work in progress but it is a good place for administers and teachers to begin to understand the terminology and ideas for digital literacies.
