Then I check if there is any problems and sign the papers and scan\u00a0them to the computer.\u00a0 I have to fill out a form called &#8216;Daily Quality Control Checks&#8217; everyday. So hourly I go around the plant and check things and write it down. First I\u00a0look at the\u00a0temperatures of the 4 freezers and 1 cooler. It should be in\u00a0a certain range. Then I check the actual baking parts.\u00a0I check the molding&amp;shaping part first and then I go to the baking oven\u00a0area and then I\u00a0look around the packing area. If when the frozen products are shipped I check the temperature to see if it is low enough. Also everyday I pick up some products randomly and evaluate it to see whether\u00a0the product is in good condition or not.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The products which are made in our company is food. So\u00a0the quality is an important issue in our company. I have a responsibility to make sure everything is in a good control.<\/p>\n<p>I learned the procedure of\u00a0bakery products.\u00a0Everything was\u00a0in a strict order and I also learned how to handle when\u00a0an issue arises.
