Hi class! today we marked block E’s essays and watched more of the movie We Were Children.

Reminder that next class we are written our in-class essay (a topic from chapter 8). The essay topic should not be a surprise, so don’t be too stressed.

Hi class, today we handed in our essays and did the MC part of our test. Next class we will be marking the other block E’s essays.

Our in class essay test will be on Tuesday, April 12th.

Hi class,

Today we went over the provincial prep PPT and I handed out a list of command terms definition and a essay evaluation rubric.

The new date for the essay portion of our chapter test is now on TUESDAY APRIL 13th. 

You had 50 min in class to work with your group and plan the essay. Good copy is due NEXT CLASS (Wed Apr 6th)

Today we finished talking about Aboriginal Nations and watched the movie We Were Children.

To prepare for the exam, please make sure you read all of chapter 8; that include the multiculturalism section with I did not cover.

There is no homework; please bring your textbooks next class.

Welcome back to school everyone~ Today we started our “Late Sign-in” policy; if you arrive more than 2 minutes late prior to the start of class, you must sign in near at the door! For the first half of class, I did a lecture of Canada-Quebec relations from 1970-2000. For the second half of class, we did a time line activity. I will post the timelines tomorrow.
