This web folio was originally created in conjunction with English 301, which is a technical writing course offered by the University of British Columbia <\/a>in Vancouver, B.C., Canada<\/a>.\u00a0 The aim of this course is to study communication and its application in professional environments.\u00a0 By using multiple channels such as integrating abstracts, proposals, and correspondences, students are able to utilize the online course to perfect writing techniques.\u00a0 Work completed\u00a0under\u00a0the guidelines set\u00a0by this course\u00a0can mainly\u00a0be found\u00a0under the Best Written Work,<\/a> and Blog<\/a>\u00a0sections.\u00a0This\u00a0course also\u00a0included the development of a LinkedIn account (please see the Social Media<\/a> tab to connect with me).\u00a0 Analysis of each students work is completed through online discussion with the instructor as well as peer reviews from their classmates.\u00a0 The course is designed for a wide range of students in many faculties including Science, Education, and\u00a0Arts.
