Thanks to modern technology these rankings are easily available and we all can see where we are compared to other universities. I was very proud to find out that we are ranked 30th in the world. Actually 9 Canadian Universities are ranked among the top world 200 universities. U of T is number 17, UBC is 30th, McGill is 35 and SFU making 199.\u00a0 This is an amazing fit, considering how young our universities are. Last year UBC was ranked 36th.
