The presidential election was held on June 9th 2021. Candidates were nominated by May 2. The four parties represented in parliament were eligible to nominate candidates, but only three did: MPP (U Khurelsukh), DP (S Erdene), and KhUN (D Enkhbat)<\/p>\n
U Khurelsukh won election with 67.7% of the vote on 59.35% turnout.<\/p>\n
