He will then discuss the first changes in the education systems in the early 2000s. The pros and cons of current reforms will complete this overview.<\/p>\n<p>The Hon. Otgonbayar is a member of the Mongolian parliament (\u0423\u043b\u0441\u044b\u043d \u0418\u0445 \u0425\u0443\u0440\u0430\u043b) for the Mongolian People&#8217;s Party. From 2008-2012 he served as Minister of Education, Culture and Science in the Mongolian cabinet. Dr. Otgonbayar was educated at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations; the Indian Institute of Management and Marketing, New Delhi, and the Academy of Management, Ulaanbaatar. Prior to entering politics he served in Mongolia&#8217;s Ministry of Foreign Relations.
