I knew this was gonna be challenging, but I didn’t think it’d be THIS challenging. I relied on ideas and visual representations, not on the syllables idea like in charades. I definitely started with the title – in part because it’s super super evident from the images I chose, so that gets people into the right mindset to analyse. But it’s genuinely the most recent film I saw as it and its sequels were just added to the streaming service I most often frequent.
I did a similar activity in class with my own students where they were tasked with summarizing a chapter, but they were invited to come up in front of the class and explain the logic behind their choices. It was a lot of fun.
