Winnowing (getting rid of all the light, fluffy casings) &#8212; break the head of the wheat off the stem and roll between hands. Baking the bread<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This workshop involved learning new vocabulary, song and dance, eating our delicious bread and\u00a0a little medieval history lesson!
