I have used Xtranormal in another MET course and found the same limitations as you when it comes to telling an elaborate story – but you right in that it is worthwhile using for a brief message or monologue since the characters don’t move around as much as we would like in more complex stories. As in other examples we have been viewing, using these technology tools when they are a novelty to the students can really grab their attention.
I thought of using this tool as well. I saw that I wouldn’t be able to go back and edit later. This encouraged me to not use the program. I have seen it used before but until now I didn’t know how their credit system worked.
Nice work on your video. It would be nice if one could do the voice-over work on their own. Do you have to select a voice and then it reads the text that you type in?

Scott,
