These fees are assessed by and payable to UBC directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your fee assessment and corresponding payment instructions and deadlines are available on <a href=\"http:\/\/myworkday.ubc.ca\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"myworkday.ubc.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Workday<\/a>, through your Finances App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A detailed breakdown of fees can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calendar.ubc.ca\/vancouver\/index.cfm?tree=14,267,0,0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UBC Calendar<\/a>.&nbsp;Should you wish to opt-out of any of the eligible fees, please make sure to submit your request to the appropriate office by the stated deadlines. <a href=\"https:\/\/students.ubc.ca\/about-student-services\/enrolment-services-advisors\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/students.ubc.ca\/about-student-services\/enrolment-services-advisors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UBC Enrolment Services<\/a> is the sole authority for the assessment and collection of these fees. Any questions related to the fee assessments should be directed to their office. The award is made on the recommendation of the Sauder School of Business to a part-time or full-time student who is enrolled in the DAP Program and demonstrates high levels of community service and volunteerism within the university or community. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and be intent on pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Preference will be given to international students. A dedicated and highly regarded instructor for over 20 years, Peter Norwood, FCPA, FCA, FCMA played an instrumental role in the creation of UBC\u2019s Diploma in Accounting Program. This award honors his contributions and efforts to advance and develop educational pathways and programs for chartered professional accountants. CPAEF aims to support and advance business and accounting education across BC by enhancing the quality and quantity of students entering the accounting profession. CPAEF aims to support and advance business and accounting education across BC by enhancing the quality and quantity of students entering the accounting profession.
