The Trump Tower will provide services such as private jet services, and chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce Ghost models for transportation to the residents of the Trump tower. Shing Tze also lays out the benefits to the economy, such as creating more jobs opportunity, creating a landmark, as well as attracting tourism, which I disagree with.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/image.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-66\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/image-300x168.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/image-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/image-500x281.jpg 500w, https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/image.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While I support the Trump Tower in Vancouver, there are enormous risks to such a luxurious real estate development in a cash strapped financial market. An example would be the Olympic Village that has been saddled with an<a href=\"http:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/news\/british-columbia\/a-18-million-olympic-village-dream-turns-sour\/article624044\/\"> enormous amount of litigations<\/a> and headaches for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theprovince.com\/news\/City+Vancouver+taxpayers+facing+upwards+million+loss+Olympic+Village+Expert\/8733640\/story.html\">local municipality<\/a>. Consumers also need to look further into the ongoing problems at the Trump Tower in Toronto, which has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestar.com\/business\/real_estate\/2013\/08\/10\/toronto_trump_towers_investor_revolt_bigger_than_thought.html\">struggled to sell and close in on deals.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/MONTECRISTO-Magazine-2013-trump_reception-26-600x412.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-67\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/MONTECRISTO-Magazine-2013-trump_reception-26-600x412-300x206.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/MONTECRISTO-Magazine-2013-trump_reception-26-600x412-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/MONTECRISTO-Magazine-2013-trump_reception-26-600x412-436x300.jpg 436w, https:\/\/blogs.ubc.ca\/nicholaschua\/files\/2013\/11\/MONTECRISTO-Magazine-2013-trump_reception-26-600x412.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>All negativity aside, I truly believe that if developers TA Global and Holborn Holdings can overcome and achieve success in sales, this project will be truly amazing.
