I am pursuing a bachelor of arts degree with a major in geography,\u00a0in the environment and sustainability program.\u00a0When people ask me why I’ve chosen\u00a0to study geography, I tell them simply, “geography is everything.” Learning about the world from a geographical perspective makes me reconsider so many aspects of life that I have overlooked, and forces me to examine issues in global terms. I am constantly reminded that everything is related to\u00a0everything else. I think it is fundamental that we question why things are the way they are and how things came to be, and geography encourages me to\u00a0ask those questions.<\/p>\n
