There are two main options for accommodation in Vancouver. On campus, or not. UBC’s campus is beautiful, but not very close to the rest of the city. So it’s up to you, depending on what else you want to do over the weekend.

If you prefer to stay off campus, consider booking at a hotel, hostel, airbnb… that’s near a bus line. Note that some buses are a lot faster than others. Here’s a map of Vancouver transit.
