In tiffany’s blog she has a post on November 28 which talks about how GM advertises their cars by having a contract with the movie production of Transformers by providing free cars to be featured in the movie, which i also found to be intriguing and very insightful, i just wonder how much money they do expect to make from such advertisement and if they can in fact link a sales increase to the advertisement. In my own experience i thought the car looked great, Bumblebee in particular, but the fact is i wouldnt buy the car just because i saw it in the movie, seeing in a movie doesn’t entice me anymore than previously so i guess they are trying to appeal to people that have never seen the car model before, which in that case would make sense.
