Professional goals
Hard skill goals :
- -Learn about background of science knowledge, such as Dinosaurs, environment, physical, biology and chemical.
It is really good opportunity for me what I work for Science world. I hope I can learn about background of science knowledge because I interested in science and it will be help to my common sense and understand any situations.
Soft skill goal :
- -Make smile every day.
- -Learn about how to deal with problem in Western people.
- -How to speak polite word in English for customers.
- -Learn about how appeal to people in Science World.
- -Decide whether I have aptitude in this area or not.
In the Science world work, I want to learn about how to make good customer service. So, first of all, I want to practice make smile every day for customers. It looks like easy, but it is truly not easy thing. Also I want to learn about how to deal with problem in Western people. It might be quite different with Korean customer service. I want to recognize what is the different thing and how to speak polite word in English for customers. Plus, I wander about that how appeal to people in Science World. I think there are many reason of attract for people. I want to know that. And finally, I want to decide whether I have aptitude in this area or not, because I still wander about me.
Personal goals :
- -Always make on time.
- -Ask actively whenever I need some help in workplace.
- -Get recognize from others whatever I do.
I want to make on time always. It is my best skill and my brief. Whenever I need some help in workplace, I will ask actively because it is good for my development. Moreover, whatever for all of my work, I really want to get recognize from others.
