Looks somewhat like a holly branch, hence the common name.<\/li>\n<li>Tough. Full to part shade. Medium moisture.<\/li>\n<li>Last year\u2019s fronds should be removed.<\/li>\n<li>Nicely textured fill for the ground layer in a shaded site. Pair with trees in a planter. Place along the north wall of a building.
