Apple has redefined the hardware business model; Samsung has built a substantial advantage thanks to the scale of its operations; and the barriers to entry have fallen thanks to factors such as the rise of the Android operating system and numerous reference design platforms that enable a thriving manufacturing community, most notably in Shenzhen, China.

Some people have the enthusiasm to achieve the most advanced technology; they usually have high expectation of future smartphones. And some of the experts give them some assumption that might come true one day. I read some of the articles from the technology magazine and I want to share some new value may add into future phone. One is the flexible screen; some companies even have plans on make wearable smartphones for the masses. For instance, Nokia is currently conducting research on their concept device, Morph, which offers users the option of wearing it as a wrist watch or unfold it to use as a typical handset as and when required. And the other is 3-D screen, at present, we have a couple of 3D smartphones in the market, such as the LG Optimus 3D, the Motorola MT810 as well as the very first Samsung AMOLED 3D.
