can you believe that a presidential candidate arrives 1 minute before a TV debate is supposed to start??? Wasn’t it Humala who created the guidelines? Only in Peru……. Unbelievable.
the broadcast starts and Humala is nowhere to be seen. Only Roderich and Garcia on stage. Humala is still in the powder room…
I hope he has a good excuse. If I were Garcia I would ask him if this tardiness is part of his M.O.
