Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR), or Trap-Neuter-Return, is currently the most widely accepted approach to combating feral dog and cat populations worldwide. In the subheadings of this section I will explain what TNR is, how it originated, and the dialogue around its current uses in feral cat and dog mitigation.
