Hi, my name is Chris Phillips and I’m currently building this site! 

Academic Career:

I studied Earth & Planetary Sciences in earlier years, and am currently working as a teacher candidate at UBC, graduating in August, 2016.

Personal Life:

I was born in a small town in Southern Ontario. I consider myself an adventurer, with an interest for outdoor recreation. I have family roots in teaching, and a deep appreciation for the profession. My passion lies with teaching outdoor education, so that I can create future adventurers full of excitement and curiosity for the world around them.
