Tips and Things to Consider When Making a Planting Plan

Making a Planting Plan can be a daunting task, especially if one has never seen one before. Planting Plans are drawings and diagrams that show exactly what plants will go where in a design.  Planting Plans often come together with a Plant Lists (also called Plant Schedules) and Plant Palettes.  It is very common for a studio project at SALA to require a Planting Plan however Planting Design, the course where students learn to make one, is currently only offered as a summer elective.
