Assessments

Temple Gym provides health assessments for all our members.

Health assessments include:

  • Body composition analysis (Fat %, BMI, etc..)
  • Postural and neuromuscular assessment (Leg Power, Grip Strength, Flexibility etc…)
  • Aerobic Fitness testing (VO2max, Zone testing, RPE etc…)
  • Client evaluation and Analysis

Sports Specific Assessments:

  • Strength & Conditioning testing, flexibility/postural analysis
  • Evaluation of physical maturity, strengths and weaknesses, imbalances, and injury history, combined with position and sport specific requirements
  • We integrate injury prevention exercises each session and guide athletes safely through graduated levels of exercise
  • Evaluation and prescription of power, speed, strength, agility, flexibility/mobility, aerobic & anaerobic endurance, and motivation
