  1. Hi Sandra,

    That’s worth a chuckle. As a bonus it seems to relate to our conversation in class this evening regarding epistemology. i.e. “can you use objectivism as a foundation for some kinds on questions, and then use constructionism to pursue other types questions?”. There was some debate in class as to if this kind of flip flop would be okay so long as one was upfront about the epistemology being used, as well as consistent with the methodologies.

    I’ve learned that we must look within ourselves (is that a philosophical perspective?) to find the single epistemology that we most aline with as they relate to fundamentally different ways of viewing the world. That being said I think that I’ll wait until we finish Crotty before deciding where I stand. I find myself wanting to graze – take a bit from one and a bit from another.

    Have you thought of creating an “Ask T-Rex” section for your site? I’m sure that it would entice some more student exchange on the site.
