Our country the first real low cost airline, spring airlines began operation in July 2005. As  October 2013, spring airlines has 38 airbus A320 aircraft, operating 76 domestic routes, 5 airlines to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan routes and seven international routes. Spring airlines, low-cost aviation accounted for only 6.7% of the domestic airlines in our country, it is far lower than Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and other low-cost carrier developed southeast Asian countries.

“Technically, spring airlines is not low cost operation. Foreign low-cost airlines have special terminal, the airport, shuttle buses, trolleys, etc.As the plane landed and  also responsible for opening   the cabin for passengers to extract luggage. But at country , our existing environment does not allow airlines to do so.”

In 2006, spring airlines has “1 yuan ticket” event, received the government’s warning and  the reason is that ticket price is lower than the government guidance price released.

Policy impact on airlines will not immediately, but it will be conducive to the formation of the culture of low-cost airlines. By the large, the future will be more cheap tickets to facilitate people’s travel demanded  and promote the operation mode of the low cost airline. “The influence of this policy is very big, the airline at least won’t punished because of the low ticket prices.
