Product: Standard Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n Target Market: Households and Seniors<\/strong><\/p>\n Positioning : Cheap <\/strong><\/p>\n Product : Next AM<\/strong><\/p>\n Target Market :Canadian Corporates<\/strong><\/p>\n Positioning: Fast & Reliable to cater the needs of the domestic corporates<\/strong><\/p>\n Product: Xpress Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n Target Market : International Mailers<\/strong><\/p>\n Positioning : Fast Delivery and yet affordable price<\/strong><\/p>\n Product: Priority Mail<\/strong><\/p>\n Target Market : International Corporates<\/strong><\/p>\n Positioning : Fastest International Mail Service in the Market<\/strong><\/p>\n So I was not surprised when the customer service rep directly introduced the well suited corporate guy in the queue<\/p>\n to the Priority Mail directly while she talked about Canada Post’s Next AM <\/strong> & Express Service <\/strong> with me. I eventually<\/p>\n resorted to their Priority Mail <\/strong> as it was a urgent mail.<\/p>\n Interestingly, I had to put down my email number and my phone number while filling out the formality forms even though<\/p>\n it had no relationship with the mailing service.
