According to TheSpec, Rogers profit has dropped a whopping 24 percent. Small companies such as Wind Mobile and Public Mobile are now their rivalry, and Rogers blames competition for the decrease in profit. What is wrong with the company really? Could it be customer service?

The wait times for specialized customer service representatives, such as mandarin speaking and iPhone help, can stretch even longer!
