Hello All,
Thank you for another great week.
We had lots of fun with different special activities. The coding workshop was amazing and I know I learned a lot. Some children have seen and used “Scratch” before but if you haven’t please check it out, all you need to do is google “Scratch” and its the first tab, have your children show you what they learned.
We also checked out Mr. Wong’s Haunted House and went to Mrs. Lee’s class to watch presentations. Here we were able to practice both how to be a good audience as well as “TAG” our classes way of giving positive and constructive feedback. We also went to the Halloween Dance and had School-Wide Fitness on Friday! What a week.

*If you would like to purchase Renfew School clothing it will be on sale Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-8:55 and 3:00-3:30 outside of the office.

Tuesday: Music and Gym

Thursday: Library *We will be going on a neighborhood walk to the Renfrew Public Library. We will listen to a story read by the Librarian and do a short lesson on how to find and take out books.
Friday: Pro-D Day (No School)
What is coming up:
Tuesday, November 5th – Photo Retake Day
Thursday, November 7th – Remembrance Day Assembly ( if your child is in Girl Guides, Cadets, or Brownies please encourage them to wear their uniform to the assembly.)
Wednesday, November 13th- Hat Day (encourage your child to wear their favorite hat and show their Renfrew School spirit.)
How to help out:
Looking for 1 or 2 parent volunteers to walk with us to the Renfew Public Library on Thursday from 12:45-3. Please email me if this is something you would like to come to.
