How to help out and something to think about:

Each year during the holiday season I try to think of a way for Div. 20  to give back to our community. I see it as a way to have a conversation about the importance of giving back as well as being thankful and appreciative of what we have.  Last year, we made holiday cards and families were able to purchase cards and other items with a portion of the profit going toward a charity. Last year we donated to The Red Fox Living Society. I am looking for ideas as to what charity or organization to support this year. If you have any ideas please send me an email.

Peek at the week: November 12-15

Hello All,

I hope everyone is having a great long weekend and reflection on the importance of Remembrance Day.

Last week we went on our first field trip to the Renfrew Public Library. We were running out of time at the end which led me to decide that  I would sign out all the books under my name/card and the books will stay in the classroom.  Everyone seemed to really enjoy it there and I hope to go again.

I have sent home Parent-Teacher Forms on Thursday, please do your best to send those back to school ASAP so I can ensure I make a schedule that accommodates everyone.
