Vanier will be having a ~100 mile dinner on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST @ 6:30pm as one of its first events of the new school year! Tickets go on sale this week starting tonight in the commonsblock! Here’s the ticket sale schedule coming up –
Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 – 5:30-7pm
Thursday, October 21st, 2010 – 5:30-7pm
Friday, October 22nd, 2010 – 5-7pm
Tickets are $10 and includes an appetizer (lentil soup), main course (salmon, beets, potatoes, greens) and dessert (pumpkin pie). YUMMM!!!
Sounds amazing! Is this event open to the general public or only Vanier residents?
I think its open primarily for Vanier residents for now since it is a new event they are trying out (only 50 seats available). However, I’m sure the sustainability team would be more than happy to provide some advice of how to put this on in your own residence.
