I found Moodle very easy and quick. Perhaps this was due to the steps provided by the wiki, or maybe because I have had a chance to play around with Moodle before. Or perhaps I like to think I’m fairly tech-savvy. I really love how clear Moodle is, you just click and choose from menus, plus access to multiple tutorials and guides is always a great back-up. I was actually surprised how much Moodle I have remembered considering I haven’t really “played” with it in over a year and a half. I’m excited to start setting up my course!

Digital Age Technology Professional
What I am currently doing:
When reflecting I found that I do many things, such as: allowing and inspiring creativity (through various projects and assignments)< I am very relevant with digital tools as well as demonstrating work and learning. I also am very vocal in promoting ethical and safe learning while instilling digital etiquette. I have also been working towards being a leader, by hosting technology workshops.
My goals are:
– How to promote student self-reflection? What tools are out there?
– What tools help support individual curiosity and active participants?
– What other ways can I use to communicate (I mostly use email and a class website, and would like to venture into twitter)?
– What other choices are out there to customize learning?
– How can I use DVD’s to enhance learning other than answer a worksheet of questions after the DVD?
– How can I use technology in language arts more, other than just for typing up assignments?
