Here\u2019s the top 5 that I found.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>SAS Institute\n<p><div style=\"width: 202px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  \" title=\"SAS Institute\" src=\"http:\/\/static.businessinsider.com\/image\/504a6a2869bedd6c79000025-400-300\/1-sas-institute.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"192\" height=\"144\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">What employees say:\u201cThe concept of the knowledge worker\u2014someone who will thrive in an environment where they are empowered and their day to day worries are minimized\u2014is alive and well here. I haven\u2019t felt so intellectually alive in any other place I have worked.\u201d<\/p><\/div><\/li>\n<li>Google<\/li>\n<li>NetApp<\/li>\n<li>Kimberly-Clark<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>So now you may be thinking what makes these top five companies so great? Is it because they get the highest pays? Or is it because of the large benefits they get just for working there? As it turns out, it\u2019s both of these things plus more! For example, within the SAS Institute, they believe by talking to employees, they can better understand them and create a friendly vibe within the company.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Google\" src=\"http:\/\/static.businessinsider.com\/image\/50a28615ecad042f6a000003-400-300\/2-google.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/>Also, in Google, they have a \u201cCareerGuru\u201d program that matches an executive in Google to an employee in order to provide guidance in the subjects of balancing one\u2019s personal life! It\u2019s obvious these companies care for their employees and know that by creating a fun atmosphere within a workplace, better results can be achieved.
