Best Location for Online Shopping?

Do you think that with online shopping, location doesn’t matter? After all, it’s all online, why would there be a difference?
Well…you’re wrong.
The difference in costs are attributable to these factors: Shipping time, Shipping costs, and State tax. Delaware seems to be the best place to live if you are a regular online shopping: “Not only do Delawareans avoid paying sales tax on every online order, they have some of the lowest shipping costs and fastest shipping times.”
It seems the location of the distribution centers is the main cause. If it is very close, then shipping time and shipping costs would decrease. With this in mind, can you guess which area is the worst for online shopping?
If you guessed Hawaii, you’re right on. All shipment must be made by either air (expensive) or sea (long wait time); but on top of that, Hawaii has a high state tax, which inflates the costs of all items.
