These advantages include the firm charging higher prices as India has a lot of population that is attracted towards products that are manufactured while considering the sustainability point of view encouraged by the current government body. The government has launched initiatives such as ‘swatch bharat abhiyan’. This is an initiative by the prime minister of India to use sustainable resources and promote India on the path of sustainability. The company followed cradle to cradle form of lean production method wherein they save on their resources. Using solar panels for conserving energy in every way possible has been a method to mark the corporate social responsibility followed by the firm. The firm satisfies standard F4 stars. The firm takes initiatives such firm planting trees for every unit of kitchen sold which is a good motivator for the employees as they feel a part of society. Also being part of one such drive gave a feeling of fulfilment and encourages one to work.

Same prices are charged from all the customers and price discrimination is not followed. There is ethicality in terms of commitment also. The firm is committed to vitalising researches in the kitchen industry. Even during this process there is ethical components in terms of giving appreciation to the researchers along with using primary data and not taking data from other sources.
