This site lists and describes quite a few age dating techniques Dating Exhibit
The focus of this site is on techniques used in archeology — so – dating geologically young samples. I’ve always concentrated on techniques associated with rocks, so these techniques are ones that I have a lot to learn about. This site will certainly help with that!

This web site is developed for the students in Physical Geography at Wycombe High Schoo, UK. The animations at this site are quite good — particularly for visualizing fundamental geological processes.
