Prior to starting this assignment I had never had any motivation to start a blog. This is largely due to the fact that I tend to not voice my opinion on every single thing that happens in the world. However, as part of my marketing class at school part of my grade depends on me keeping a blog throughout the semester and relating real-life situations to marketing concepts and principles we learn about in class and in the text book. At first I had no idea how I would approach this, however, after giving it some thought I decided I would do my best to blog about things that interest me. One thing I have always appreciated is when people are somewhat passionate about what they write. There is nothing worse than reading something you know someone was forced to write. How could you possibly relate to it or even take it seriously? This is why in my blog you won’t see random posts about things that don’t interest me. Although I’m limited to some of the things I can say and how much I can say I’ll do my best to provide you all with an interesting read and encourage you all to leave comments and provide feedback on anything! These are my thoughts and my opinions. This is Rod’s World 🙂
